We are thrilled to announce that Tiffany Hamilton will be joining Goelzer Envelope as our new Director of Account Services, starting June 1. Tiffany is joining Goelzer to support our continued growth and dedication to customer support and quality.
Tiffany is a seasoned operational leader with a career built on improving processes, leading teams, and creating better customer and employee experiences. She has a strong background in the printing and mailing industry, where she previously advanced to Chief Operations Officer, overseeing the daily operations of a high-volume mail production facility that supported the annual output of over 30 million mail pieces. Known for building scalable systems, driving efficiency, and fostering collaboration, Tiffany is passionate about continuous improvement and leveraging data-driven decision-making to strengthen operations.
In her new role as Director of Account Services, Tiffany will lead customer support across several industry vertical groups, including INg and SPOA. She will also help lead our implementation of data automation and analytics and spearhead our journey into online customer experiences.
We look forward to the leadership and expertise Tiffany will bring to our team and customers. She is a lifelong learner who believes every challenge presents an opportunity to grow and create lasting impact. When she is not focused on operations, Tiffany enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending time with her husband and family, especially her two nieces.
