Goelzer Industries was born in 1985 when Paul Goelzer, Sr. open the doors to an envelope manufacturing company in Dallas, TX. Goelzer has grown over the decades to become one of the premier business envelope manufacturers in the country.
Paul Goelzer, Sr. mantra was always, “Get it done right the first time.”

Paul Goelzer Jr.
President
Paul Jr. started working for his parents' company in various departments at age 15. He has been active in the development and growth of the company into a leading envelope manufacturer. Paul spent two years with NationsBank as an analyst. Paul received a business degree in finance and entrepreneurship from Baylor University in 1989. He is also the proud father of twin daughters.
Tim Plunk
Chief Operating Officer
Tim brings almost 25 years of experience in the envelope manufacture and print mail industry. He’s had a remarkable career, holding key roles at Tension Corporation, including Vice President and General Manager. Tim is known for his exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and deep knowledge of our industry.
Kevin Schrader
Executive VP
Kevin, a Rochester Institute of Technologies graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Management, joined the Goelzer Team in 2019. He has held executive management positions for several publication, on-line and commercial printing companies.
Connie Goelzer Crutchfield
Board Member
Connie was one of the original five employees in 1985. Connie earned her degree in Accounting and Finance from Baylor University, graduating in 1987. Her contributions in sales, working strategies for expansion, and doing everything from payroll to deliveries has led to making Goelzer one of the nation's most advanced envelope companies. She is back to assist again after raising her family of four.
Patrick Gregory
Chief Technology Officer
Gregory is a software developer who had the foresight and initiative to recognize that the company needed to be modernized, by beginning development on a uniquely designed software suite in 2007. The creation and implementation of these software systems are relied on by the business every day, helping bring a traditional business to a contemporary era. Gregory earned a bachelors of science in economics with a minor in philosophy from Southern Methodist University. Psalm 27, Psalm 68, Psalm 91
Mary Kay Hobbs
National Sales Director
Mary Kay joined Goelzer in June of 2023 and brings a long list of career accomplishments. Her proven track record is a direct result of the people she has met and built relationships with. Mary Kay's many clients know her as a person who listens and then helps to solve problems.
Mark Toney
Chief Marketing Officer
Mark Toney is the Chief Marketing Officer at Goelzer Industries. With over 12 years of experience owning and leading an award-winning company, Mark has a proven track record of growing businesses. He is now proud to bring his expertise to Goelzer Industries, driving our marketing efforts to new heights.
Tom Slettebo
Production
Tom has over 35 years combined experience in the commercial printing and envelope industries. He has been with Goelzer Industries since 2000. A native of Minnesota, Tom has lived in Texas for 30 years.
Mike Jamison
Sales
Mike joined Goelzer Industries in 2001 after working at Unisource Paper Company for 10 years. Mike has a B.S. in Marketing Management from the University of North Texas.
Randy Dube
Director of Operations
Randy leads operations at Goelzer Industries and has worked for the company in some capacity for 30+ years. He is responsible for the entire process of orders making their way through the plant, from order processing to shipping.
